Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We accept returns or exchanges only if a product was damaged in transit or if an incorrect item has been received.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery of your order by emailing us at Tiffany.Ford@wecreateenterprise.com to alert us of the issue with your order.  

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly to discuss next steps on how to rectify any concerns you may have with your order or how to  return any damaged item or incorrect item to us. Once we receive the purchased goods back, we will ship out a replacement or provide a full refund. 

We will only provide a refund for your purchase in the event that a replacement item is not available. 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom made products or services. Deposits paid to book services are also non-refundable.
